The Hotel

Accommodation
The Hyatt Regency Dubai provides 414 spacious guestrooms including five floors of Regency Club rooms with access to the Regency Club lounge. All guestrooms offer contemporary luxurious accommodations and breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf.

Floors 4 to 14 feature single, twin-bedded and king-size guest rooms, while on the top five floors of the hotel, the Regency Club® rooms provide the ultimate in personalised service and attention. Guests of Regency Club have privileged access to the private Regency Club Lounge with an array of additional amenities.

The extremely spacious and lavish suites include the Regency Suites, Executive Suites, two Emiri Suites and one Royal Suite. Two rooms are available for the use of disabled guests. Non-smoking rooms are also available upon request.

All the Standard guest rooms are located on floors 4 to 14, overlooking the Gulf, and consist of single, twin-bedded and king-size rooms. Each room features air conditioning, a colour television with satellite channels, direct dial telephone with voicemail, broadband modem points, a complimentary welcome fruit basket and a minibar.

Guests also have free access to the Club Olympus fitness centre, swimming pool, spa, tennis and squash courts. Both the twin guest rooms and king guest rooms are 34 square metres (365 square feet) in size and offer either twin beds or a king-size bed, comfortable seating and a desk with chairs.

The Hyatt Regency Dubai is home to four outstanding restaurants, featuring Italian, Japanese, Persian and other international cuisines. The hotel also provides an array of bars, and is host to a locally popular discotheque and karaoke lounge.

Dubai's only revolving restaurant, is located on the 25th floor of Hyatt Regency Dubai and features spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, the Creek and the city of Dubai.
